Easiest Burrito Bowl Recipe | Quick Lunch Meal Prep

This is the first meal prep recipe I mastered back in 2014! It is a great recipe to start with if you're new to meal prep or cooking in general. And there are so many different ways you can customize it! Comment below what you would add to yours.

INGREDIENTS
For the chicken:
3 chicken breasts
taco seasoning (notes on how to make homemade below)
olive oil
salt and pepper
cumin
For the salsa rice:
garlic (as many cloves as you want)
cilantro
2/3 cup white rice
1 TBSP olive oil
1 cup water
1/3 cup salsa
salt
taco seasoning
Everything else:
black beans
corn
salsa
cheese
lime
TACOS SEASONING INGREDIENTS:
In this recipe, it’s more convenient to just use pre-made taco seasoning! But if you want to make your own version, here’s what you need to make 2 TBSP taco seasoning (the amount needed in this recipe).
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp onion or garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
