You said that we file fl 370, 372 and 375 together. Is that so that the clerk can issue the summons before servce and file and conform the originals of the other documents?

How can I file the summons before it's been served? I'm so confused! Been out of the loop in California Family Law for a long time! You said to file FL 370, 72, and 75 together right? Is that so that the clerk can "issue" the summons? I think I remember that much for dissos. lol
