I must say, I'am not a lier or a manipulator! However, when a person tries to manipulate me; then, be ready, here I come. I don't consider myself a born actress whatsoever. Actually, 99% of the time, I must be the target first before I strike in a hurtful or disrespectful way. Now, when my turn comes, there's no telling what would happen. It's probably the intensity of my being! Lying is not my piece of pie! Blessing to all.

As an INFJ, this would be my take: manipulation is not intended, we have been subject ourselves to such attempts by other people. We just have the talent of natural persuasiveness, the motivation behind our actions is always towards harmony and peace - thus we usually resist if the intent is towards one sided purpose. Personally, I'd joke around people to "manipulate me". If in case you are aware if a person is an INFJ, do not jump into conclusion he/she is manipulating you - once you try to make a head-on manipulation tactics towards what you want, it would be a stressful process - the easiest way in my opinion to win an INFJ's agreement is - de-escalate and tone down with them - and lead them to your own reasons and thought process and why you think it's the best for both parties - allow INFJ to feel that we are gathered to think with you to get the best solution. That's a TKO. I wont tire myself planning something devious. Often times our wholeheartedness is also used against us by other people. The antidote for the feel of INFJ may be too controlling - is call us out in a nice way. I am sure it's unintentional. No one wants to be controlled, you can use that as a counter to another INFJ.

The part about lying and, manipulating is totally not how I am. Everything else totally sounds like me. I am an introvert, I do tend to be able to read others. Empathetic, feel others pain. Very intuitive. Manipulating and, lying to get what I want, that is definitely not me. If I can't get something myself, I don't want it. I don't like being lied to, don't like people that mistreat others or me. I would rather be alone than be with a narcissist. Do anything to avoid them.

As INFJ I don't tell, what I am thinking when I am around fake people. My family I don't fully trust, so I am not my INFJ self around them. Do I use my fellings to see what they are up to? yes! however I do want to be my full self with someone one day. So yes as INFJ we have to trust you first before we open up.

I'm quite sure that INFJs love calm and peace more than any conflict. I thinks you have to try so hard to make them fight back against someone. It's also difficult to find them do somethings for their own good while only thinking about other first. BTW, for some situations or people that is the worst that may turn INFJs into something dangerous, perhaps I guess...
