This man’s contribution is slowly changing my perception about health and wellbeing. I used to be repelled by the topic because it’s often treated as “avoid, avoid, avoid”, cancer, heart risk, and horrible stories about desease and pain. Media doesn’t help. It feeds from our fear. Now I’m changing it on “improve”, “achieve”, “better”, taking care of our body in a different nurturing way instead. We use to see our health care as trying to survive a horrible world try tried to harm us. Instead we must think in ways to strengthen and attend our body in a positive preventative way.

I have a Purple harmony and it's changed my life through sleep quality; I don't have biomarkers but I have noticeably better sleep quality with purple.

After I suffered a whiplash, one of the greatest mistakes that I did was to sleep on my stomach. The reason: as I laid on my stomach my head rested on the pillow sideways and this cause to my assumption to press against my arteries and slowing down the bloodflow to my brain. This happened 2 years ago, and I am thankful to be alive but till this day I feel my cognition, short term memory and focus has dropped about the 20% and there are days I feel dissociation. Sleeping with a flat pillow is great and it has helped me tremendously.

My body naturally told me to forgo a pillow yrs ago. It was an innate sense along w all the other paradigms/constructs this world throws at us. If a person looks around at these conditions to considers, why? For what? How can that help? Generally things disappear and we are left w simplicity.

I like a skinny pillow as well totally helps. I also bought one with the neck curve and it was uncomfortable on my neck so back to skinny

for the big pillow you showed with indentation, i didn't quite get it. is bad or good as I'm using them and they improved my sleep from the 2 pillows setup?

I tried the pillow with the neck groove- great shape, but the foam smell really bothered my insomnia. Unfortunately, memory foam seems to make it so it's much harder for me to sleep vs. polyester stuffing doesn't :/
