I'm so glad you touch on partial reps. I've seen them in some of the workouts I follow but then I heard from about youtuber who also gives tips and criticism over selected exercises and he said these partial reps don't work as well as we think they do. So I got conflicted because then I hear about time under tension and I felt the greatest struggle in maintaining those partial/half reps.

Now that I am getting back after my injury issues - these are things I did before. I will incorporate them back - and the beauty of bands plus weights is you don't need all that extra weight when you are levering the resistance arc bands provide. It's pretty awesome stuff. I hadn't seen anyone use a landmine to do a deadlift before let alone adding a band to it. The pulsed RDL's are new to me as well. I like that you provide so much useful information on your channel. Thank you for that. I also agree that we need carbs. Our brains need carbs (and fat) to function properly. I've been seeing a nutritionist for just over 2 years. I've learned that along the way. And your adorable doggie looked like some good sleep was being had at the end of the video.
