Had sleep paralysis before, didn’t see any “demons” like anyone else says.

It happened multiple times in the same night too, my whole world was whirling around, and though it felt like “shadows” were circling around me fast, they weren’t any humanoid figures, not even of animals, just a black blur. And also during this time I was very sick, hadn’t actually eaten in 3 days because every time I ate I threw up. Honestly it was more annoying than “scary”.
I just kept wanting to go back to sleep more than anything

Not always the same entity. They may look the same, mostly looks like that. When i was kid, i saw these two in my room and was staring at me all the time, sometimes they got closer and i felt coldness on my back. I cried every night when i was kid and secretly went next to my parents room every night so i could fall asleep. Then when i got older i didn't see them anymore. After 10 years i did shrooms and this entity was in my room again, looked at me and all i could hear was some weird frequency, like he was trying to tell me something. Felt big pressure in my head and had to go out from my apartment. And fighting with strong anxienty from that time. Like he took something from me and now i don't feel okay. This week i was waking up everytime at 3am and had my first sleep paralysis today, didn't see anyone because i was looking into the wall, all i could hear was voices, and when i heard ''behind you, behind you'' i tried my best to move and i waked up and got away from it. Didn't look to the room and stayed in same position, told myself that it was just weird nightmare. Falled asleep and had the voices again. They are getting energy from your fear they say. Weird, i am not scared anymore.

When I real young I got my first sleep paralysis. I remember I woke up to the shadow man crawling on top of me and pinning me down. I guess this was my brain's way of explaining why my chest was heavy and why I couldn't move

True this comes in the dark and watchs you in the corner and nothing but its pretty dangrous it has magic some people die but it does not come at 2 or 3 am and last thing its not in your head my aunt have found him in a haunted house with my uncle and cousins
