Every time I play TNO, I always think what my grandparents, and to some extent, parents are doing.
My grandfather was from England
My grandmother was from Italy.
I'd like to think that my grandfather fought in the British/English civil war (he served his government otl, he would have fought for HMMLR, as he was staunchly anti-nazi, having been born in 1932 and endured the Blitz for most of his childhood) and Italy joined the OFN, with my grandmother going to England, allowing the two to meet, and have my mother, and also allowing my mother to meet my father (as New Zealand is in the OFN, too) In this timeline though, I can only imagine the stories they would tell me, assuming all of the above happens, and I am born.
