Hello doctor, What I want to know is, does a grade 3 meniscus heal without surgery? I am 19 years old, I don't know exactly, but it seems that it was formed during judo practice. The pain happens very rarely and passes after 1 or 2 minutes, there is no locking, there is very little noise after I get up from the sitting place, but very little.
