How to Hard Reset Galaxy S9 & Galaxy S9+ | Working Method

1.Switch off your phone.
2.Then, Press and Hold
Volume Up + Power button + Bixby Button
3.Please try above all steps one by one, Until you will see Samsung Logo.
4.Next, select option “wipe data/factory reset” using Volume Down, and Power button to confirm the operation.
5.After that, choose option “yes – delete all user data” with Volume Down, to select and Power button to accept.
6.Finally, press Power button to enter option “ reboot system now
7.Finally, Hard reset done on your mobile.

it says that an unatempt thingeie was done and i nee to log in with my old email (from work and they refuse to give it to me) .... its protected by knox .... not sure if it will hgelp but the steps u showed me in video works great !!!

any idea about how to wipe the old email. ??
