So. If the phone freezes wile its on your screwed why do u gatta turn it off first makes no sense

I want to reset my s20 so that my stuff can't be restored ... he has turned my phone on after I reset it and got right back into my Google accounts and email account .. there's no point if he can bring it all back up.. is there a way to do this
