Milton was the best, considering he kept the governor sane for as long as he did, and helped Andrea do what was right in the end.

He was also incredibly brave to try and find a cure and hold experiments on the ever changing world around him, and document things—as if civilization wasn’t dead

He may have appeared weak, but his tenacity was unmatched
