I have been watching your videos for a year now. I want to thank you for making these. I was diagnosed with 4 herniated discs from c4 to c7. I was having awful burning pains in my neck along with pain that would shoot down my arms into my hand. I was in conventional pain management where I took pain medication. I learned quickly that my tolerance for the medicine kept on going up as well as my pain. I stopped going to pain management. I slowly reduced what I was taking over the course of a few months until I was completely off of them. I decided to start looking for ways to help myself and somehow by a miracle came across your videos. It has changed my life. I am most days pain free now and if I do start feeling pain, I check my posture and it goes away! Thank you so much for these videos again. You gave me my life back!

You’re videos have helped me greatly improve my health. Dr Mandell I am doing your neck exercises every morning. With cervical osteo and flattened discs, I have been in misery for months. Last year, physical therapy was wonderful but then all the good went after just one physically stressful day. It got to where those simple exercises were too painful. Your very simple releases were nearly instant relief and after several days of persevering through the pain of getting those muscles unfrozen, I feel so much better. I heat the muscles for 15 minutes before gently exercising, do several of your videos (I have been saving them to a Pinterest board) for about 30 minutes. I have been researching cervical neck pillows for sleeping and will be purchasing one soon. I can't thank you enough! ...One week down and 60% better!

I've been doing it for years & I have terrible pain .

It would be impossible to thank you enough Dr Mandell for the information you give us! The human body almost falls apart with modern sedentary life. We should be living with our clans & tribes and living off the land and sharing nurture & care. Instead we are all stressed with work, paying bills or depression & anxiety for those with no work. The food is badly lacking in nutrients. Getting your body & muscles oiled and worked & stretched every day truly helps all people. Thank you!

Thank you so much Dr. Mandell! You are helping me so much! I am a medical massage therapist, but recently I sustained an injury while helping someone else. As I began to evaluate my own posture I realized that years of leaning over people has caused my head to go forward and is putting so much stress on my neck and shoulders.
