Purpose: Increased dynamic stability of the ankle/knee/hip, and to deter “kissing knees” which is a dangerous position for the ACL. Face forward and run to the first cone placed to the right 10 yards ahead. Pivot off the right foot and shuttle run sideways to the second cone. Now pivot off the left leg
and run to the third cone place to the right 10 yards ahead. Make sure that the outside leg does not cave in. Keep a slight bend to the knee and hip and make sure the knee stays over the ankle joint. Turn and repeat coming back. Do 3 passes.
