I did not notice difference between them. I actually thought you are just baiting us until I noticed caption over your head. (Hard to spot for me to be honest) and after that I liked Rode better. But going to buy DJI

I was listening to this video whilst doing something else and didn't realise he had changed the mic at all, so had to look back...

If you care about sound and production quality, choose Rode. If you want to save two minutes to connect the device and have worse sound, use DJI

Rode has got more bass. It sounds like eq. I think after postproduction result will be simillar. So i think dji is better because it has better design, features and transmiter is more compact (better to use whit smartphones.

I own both. And one that I prefer is the Rode Wireless Pro. Dji doesn't have a app, when the Rode Wireless Pro does. So fine tuning via the cable to my phone while on the road

I think I like the dji mic 2 because it sounds more full and not as muffled even though the Rode wireless pro sounds pretty good

Rode comes with lav mics and so i’m gonna get it because i need to hide mics for narrative work. Loving what Dji are making though so i was tempted. The rode is also cheaper atm where i am? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Rode for sound, and dji for looks, like Hyundai for looks, and Honda for quality!

I do hear a big difference especially listening with my headphones. For me personally i do prefer the sound of Rode.
