Thanks for the great advice. This workout looks pitifully easy but is murderously hard. I'm planning to do this routine every other day, I look forward to some productive results [old runner with frequent calf strains]. Thanks again.

Are you able to do a video on how to increase ankle ROM and dorsiflextion ?

I have a shocking 2cm on the "Knee to wall test"

Any specific excerises to lengthen the area ?

I've strengthened the calf complex, can do over 40 Soleus raises, followed by 40+ calf raises with no issue.

The issue is a huge lack of dorsiflexion.
