Frank got exactly what's coming to him for being a jerk and a racist, "when you judge someone, it doesn't defines them, it defines you" in my country UAE we have strict laws against racism and article No.2 of the UAE Federal Decree-Law is no joke, it stated that if anyone commits any acts of discrimination in any form will face prison up to 5 years and/or pay the fine no less than AED 500, 000 (($136, 000)) and no more than AED 1000, 000 (($272, 000))

So true never judge a book by its cover. I knew immediately what type of person Frank was when he said you have 9 min. Then to be on the phone while the client is in the house ? Frank just not only lost his job but he also lost a huge commission.

According to the information on commission I looked up'; his discrimination cost him around 50, 000, not to mention whatever commission he would have made selling other houses. If he does manage to turn himself around and get rehired by his new boss; I hope all that money he missed out on serves as an excellent reminder.
