Fresh Herb Sauce (like Chimichurri)
Serves 2

Ingredients
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely minced
1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely minced
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1) Combine lemon, garlic, parsley, basil, and olive oil in a small bowl. Whisk until ingredients are thoroughly combined.

2) Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
