Nicotinimide Vitamin b3 is a very important protective protocol, it would have been helpful to know the therapeutic dose, recommended, Niacin is not used for this treatment, nicotinimide uses a different pathway and this was not explained, the role of the inflammatory process , was not adequately explained, some exercises, can increase eye pressures and these needed further explanation, i would also like to have heard about the role of lutein, and astaxanthin, resveratrol and bromelain and fish oils as helpful dietary protocols, also Co enzyme q 10, is critical for energy production that is ATP production at the site of the mitochondria, this needs to be discussed, as well as protocols to protect and to heal the optic nerve, more aspects to explore, Thank you Glaucoma Australia for raising this very important issue, Judy El.
