HUGE Failures with All on 4 Dental Implant Bridges

Dental implant expert Dr. Hendriks discusses common All on 4 dental implant failures when designing the all on 4 bridge. So many patients end up with teeth that will fail long term due to the design of the all on 4 implant bridge. Dental implants need daily cleaning and hygiene attention but because doctors get work back from technicians that don't have the proper education, patients leave with dental implant bridges that will have problems and ultimately fail.

This is just why I want to fly to Utah and have you do mine when I can afford it. Your work is perfectly done!! You create beautiful smiles for us that never smile or hide behind our hand when talking 😢

Holy Merde! This is exactly what I needed to see. Long story-short, I have been in the implant process since early 2020. Yes! It seems like a long time. COVID screwed me up. I had it a few times and I was not a fan of spreading it. So, I postponed my appointments. I also had a bad implant that abscessed and needed to be removed and re-implanted with all the bone chips and associated wait times- 6 months. So, here I am ready for my final teeth after living with the temporaries for over 3 years. They are not designed to last that long. So, I have had numerous trips back to the Dentist to repair broken temporaries. We took the impressions last week and I am so excited to get the final teeth. Glad to know that I should ask the Dentist to see my new devices before he installs them and look for depressions between the implants, protruding gum material and implant fixtures below the surface of the fixture. Great Job on this video! Thank you, T

Hey doc I just imagine the shady workmanship you see from drive thru implant jobs.
It’s people like you that take high priority in your work to make a Colgate smile . When someone takes pride in there work you can see craftsmanship of great results . I am glad I found an expert in the field . God bless you

My PCP hates it when I say I heard about this and that and he starts to yell.

My all on 6 all on 5 are the most beautiful teeth ever.. they were done by a professional implant surgeon.. not in one day, week or month but a year. I wore temps for 6 months, they look beautiful and it cost me less than 9000€! Sofia implant centre. I have no bulky pink gums or resin, they are tight to my own gums. I cannot believe these teeth are mine !!! wish i could show you all. ❤ if i can do it, you can.

Doc: "If hygiene is so important to you, how'd your teeth get this jacked up!"

Lets have a look at the models and surgery before we start commenting on labwork. A lot of stuff labs are forced to do is because of inadequate clearance due to poor positioning and planning.

this is a great video. as someone who had peridontal problems for years. i don't want them again because the doctor and the lab got lazy or consumed by what they look like. i prefer function over appearance

This hygiene issue is so important to me because I know it’s going to be a challenge regardless of how perfect the devices are.

I have a general question about preventing all on four surgery failure and doing whatever is possible to ensure success.

Is it better for the surgeon and lab team to design, build and implant/install both arches at once? I mean to ask, if it’s possible to hold on to a natural lower arch minus a few single implants should a patient do so?
(ignoring cost for sake of the question)
Is it “easier” for the team to really nail the surgery, bite, device design if the patients whole mouth is pretty much wiped out…”blank canvas”/“scorched earth”/ “complete tare down” “nuclear option” “stripped bare” 💥?

I happen to see a ad for 24 hr drive up teeth. It was nuvia., I did research and came across dream smiles. I am grateful for his expertise and knowledge.
Nuvia hires hyenas to answer the phone.

Are these zygomatic implants ? Are all on 4 always zygomatic ?
I have a horrid nightmare happening now. I have never in my life wanted to just never wake up. I am there at this point. I am in pain, I don’t recognize my own face in the mirror anymore. I am no longer employable . This surgery has ended my life as I knew it. I am now trying to figure out how I come up with $70, 000 for facial reconstructive surgery now. That is literally the quote I have to rebuild my jaw bone and get facial structure back. Doctors can not be sued for any of this. When something goes wrong the patient is always going to be financially responsible for the correction no matter who was at fault. PLEASE NEVER GET THIS SURGERY

if they fail do you have to pay again for a new set of implants?
