Her nail smile lines are so symmetrical! I thought she had painted on a French tip!! Wow!

OMG! Those are my nails in the 1st photo!! If I wasn't invested earlier you now have my FULL ATTENTION! Thank you much Anna and A for collaborating to create this video! I have a toddler at home so my hands are in and out of the water all day! Can't wear polish bc it's chipped on most nails within 24 hrs. Will try the suggestions mentioned! You guys are THE BEST 💕

This works! I saw this video and realized that water was causing my nails to peel and they looked terrible. I started applying oil to my nails several times throughout the day, especially after water exposure, and started wearing gloves at work to keep my hands clean and not need to wash as often. I was shocked to see my hands and nails looking better immediately. Within a couple days I could see real improvement. My nails no longer peel and break. It has been about 2 months. Thank you so much for your research, information, and suggestions!

These are truly the most gorgeous natural nails I’ve ever seen — what an incredible, inspiring transformation with such GENTLE, consistent, and sensible care. Wow wow wow! Thank you so much to her and to you for sharing this with us. It truly shoes the proof of what you preach. Not that I needed convincing, but it’s still an absolutely incredible transformation!

Thank you!
My nails were similar to the first picture and I was despairing that they would never be better. Since watching this video I have:
*stopped all hardeners and nail polishes
*been using various oils and urea cream on my nails
*doing warm oil soaks
*regularly filing
and they are so much better already after about 3 weeks.
They feel glossy and are naturally shiny.

Thanks to your viewer for sharing her experience. There are so many articles promoting buffing as an alternative to nail polish and using the word “cuticle” to refer to the proximal nail fold that consumers are confused. My nails have improved using your advice.

This could be my story with peeling nails ! I’ve gone through the same steps as your writer in trying to salvage my nails, now I hope that by stopping buffing down the peeling portion of my nails I’ll have filled in the final piece to this nail puzzle. I’ve also just put my jojoba oil next to my kitchen sink as a reminder to apply after getting my hands wet. I believe the magic portion to healthy nails is patience which is something I’m sorely lacking . I hope that in a months time I can report back with my own positive results. Please thank your YouTube fan for allowing you to share her story with us it was generous of her to put her experience down on paper. Your YouTube channel is a font of good / honest information, I’m very grateful I stumbled upon it. Now it’s up to me to put your advice into action. Thank you.

Just one observation, the first picture comparison is not 3 months apart, but 1 year and 3 months (from March 2021 to June 2022)

This is my same story too! I started in August and now they look just like hers! The tips you post are amazing and I can attest to the results. Patience and consistency. Thank you for sharing her story!

So here is a quick summary of what to do and not to do for those who are a little bit lazy :))

DON'T!!
-Do your own shellac and/or dip nails
-Buff off the nail peelings
-Keeping nails as short as possible (keep your natural nails short, but not down-to-the-skin short!)
-Constantly apply new coats of protectant or polish. (It can actually be better to not wear any polish at all!)
-Use a bunch of different supplm. or topicals too often (look at the ingredients and know what to look for and what to avoid! P.S, same with skin and haircare as well :)) )

DO! :))
-Wear gloves when doing jobs like washing dishes or sanding wood that could lead to water damage or simply break your nails.)
-Use supplm. (supplements) that actually have ingredients proven to support nails/hair!
-Use oils/serums that have been clinically proven to support nail growth or strength.

Habits to stop:
Stop buffing/removing peels! it doesn't help anything, and in fact can become the source of the problem!
Stop wearing nail polish year-round on natural (or even gels/acrylics) nails. Nail polish should be ministered as a monthly/yearly treat, not a apply-it-whenever-it-chips thing.
Stop using strengthened and hardeners unless you know for a fact that you have soft/bendy nails, because if you do not it can be bad for nails.
Stop keeping your nails super short! Try to grow them out! Don't let them get super long, but maybe half of an average pinky finger at most.

USE JOJOBA OIL AND OTHER NAIL-HELPING NATURAL OILS ON YOUR NAILS RIGOROUSLY! (Use nail oil and hot oil soaks.)
File nails, try not to use cutters unless you use them on hangnails.
File nails in a back-and-forth motion, not in one direction.

LOVE YALL BYEE!!!

This is amazing. Thank you so much for posting. I am in the same situation, ive been doing exactly the same believing it was correct. My doctor and nail advisor told me my nail deterioration was due to age ... now I know that's rubbish. I've just taken photos of my nails and will keep a photo diary weekly until they are as luscious as this lady's. I know they can be as they once were. Again, thank you for the inspiration and knowledge I haven't found elsewhere.

Hi Anna - I have had the same experience. My nails were peeling, brittle. I started pushing back my cuticles and using cuticle oil several times a day (I had covid so it was something to do while I recovered. I also threw out all my nail polish and replaced it with Dazzle Dry (my manicurist has been using it for several years now). I cannot describe the difference. First, I no longer have super dry skin around my nails to pick at. My proximal fold is totally normal. Massive reduction in hang nails. And best of all, my nails are long and lovely. In fact, as I am typing this, I think I will have to file them down a bit so I can type!!! I don’t have before and after photos but take my word for it. An amazing result. Thank you for educating me!

Wow! I'm seeing progress after 2 months, this is very inspirational as is your advice. ' Progress not perfection' is a saying of yours that I always hear if I feel impatient for more improvement. Will defo buy jojoba oil now, I want those results too!!!

I've been following your plan so my nails now look like her "June" pictures (they started out like the March photos). I'm looking forward to having beautiful, natural nails someday too. This video was so helpful -- thank you!
