I'm a guy who bites his nails and the skin around them; skin biting/eating is called Wolf Biting. It's either a stress or stimulation response. It's difficult to be rid of (you can't just stop a behavior, it has to be replaced with something else or it'll screw you up).
Really wish I could have longer, healthier nails! Thank you for the work you did on these. It makes me wonder if I could get something like this and try to let mine grow and heal :)

I used to bite my nails, not so severely - however getting acrylics for a few months really helped me beat the habit, i couldnt bring my self to bite them because of the money and work it took. After a while i started to take vitamins to help them thicken and then started using oils, creams and strengthening polish. Now i have lovely long real nails! And I never bite them anymore ❤️💪🏻 it takes work, but its so worth it.

Anastasia is a professional. She knows what she's doing. The client didn't have a fungal infection. She's a chef. I doubt she would be working in a kitchen if she had a fungal infection.

This is EXCELLENT!!!! My daughter bites her nails and we are getting therapy, but I am saving this video to take to the nail shop to show them that THIS is how we want her nails to be done.

I used to be a nail biter but I got SNS for about 2 months and I don't anymore! I was so much so of a nail biter that prevention nail polishes didn't work, normal nail polish didn't work, etc. definitely recommend getting tips!
