I am 78 with arthritic knees. I loved this exercise as well as your 10 minute balance exercises today. I plan on doing trying two or three different 10 minute exercises daily. I have to keep walking!! I am glad I found these. Thank you!

This is great! Slower fluid movement that really gives a great workout! I'd like to see 30 minute videos like this.

This is what I really need at the moment, Jessica. I broke my 5th metatarsal bone of my right foot early October and had the fracture repair surgery. I am on my 7th week since the surgery and graduated from using crutches and knee scooter 2 weeks ago. Although my right ankle and the sole of the foot still feel a bit achy and not seemed as normal as before, my doc tells me gradually move at home with highly cushioned shoes on.
Season has changed while I have stayed cooped up inside. Now I am desperately hoping for the day when I make a defiant comeback to my running routine.
