What is that pin you have entered before forwarding. It is mandatory for all such letters.

Sir, when draft letter is prepared in ms word on desktop and then copied to draft screen in eoffice then when it is approved by the competent authority the formating in the letter changes.
What may be the solution?
And also what is the proper format of word in eoffice draft screen like margins etc.?
