Finally: US Air Force Tests New Boeing’s MQ-28 Ghost Bat Drone

The scheduled tests may be for the planned drone wingman for sixth-generation fighter aircraft. The MQ-28 is designed to act as a "loyal wingman" controlled by the carrier to complete tasks such as reconnaissance or absorb enemy fire if attacked and can operate independently.

Love how the US military loves to take credit for everything. This drone has nothing to do with the USA, it's an Australian made drone in collaboration with the RAAF and Boeing Australia.
