I might move there with my wife from the the Philippines. It would be a nice compromise. I was looking at condos and surprisingly they arent that expensive. At least no worse than mystic Connecticut. I know some hawaiians here too. They work for my company. My company actually has a plant in Honolulu too. Im a supervisor transferring is easy.

Driivng all around oahu is way less then 3hrs. I can do it in an hour when we lived there in 2021.

Hawaii has 21 army installations that they no longer need. Those installations can be turned over to the Hawaiian people for more living space.

I would suggest anyone considering moving to Hawai’i should get the “truth” from someone who isn’t incentivized by a commission.
