Echo SRM 225 - Replacing the Trimmer Line

I finally ran out of string from my last fill-up (the string always lasts longer than I expect it too!) and I filmed this little video on the replacement of the echo srm 225 trimmer line.

It's really easy...I love how fast and simple it is to replace the trimmer string in this weed eater....such a great design Echo!

I have been using 210 SRM, s for 20 years. When I saw the new string head and loading method I freaked out and found one of the old ones in a pawn shop so I wouldn't have to deal with the new method. Yesterday the 210 died so now I have the 225. I also just switched from flip phone to Android. My face hits the screen of the android and activates the external speaker in mid conversation and I don't like it. I hope that's no the road I'm going down with the new 225. That being said, your vid was excellent, thanks man. I'll try not to let the side of my face touch the 225😁.
