Yesterday I saved a deal that A manager of 20 years in BDC gave up on!!
I got the customers, got the manager I explained the manager how to explain on paper with a marker what he was trying to say, and just like you said:
90% of what you write gets memorized but just 30% of the talking is retained...That was exactly the case....The finance guy just couldn't believe what happened and we closed the deal!!
