For a Soviet restaurant there was too much food there. People in Romania were starving during those times. My parents had to wake up at 04 in the morning just so they could wait in line to get (if they were lucky) a bottle of milk. Of course, they also had to go to work afterwards. Im all in for that type if restaurant, though some minor changes would make it into a more realistic experience. For example, restrictions on food quantity for each individual and the number of friends you are allowed to bring in with you would make it into a more real experience. Also, you're not allowed to talk anything bad about communism and the great leaders. Not allowed to talk about religion and abortion. On TV there should be "news" about the amazing achievements of the great leader. Oh! Almost forgot. Every 25 minutes or so would be so cool if they could mimick a blackout. If it's winter they shouldn't warm up the restaurant in any way either. Great business idea and it also helps us cherish and appreciate more what we have now.

Pre Soviet Russia was as beautiful. Tsar Nicholas a saint of our orthodox tradition wasn’t a perfect man but he was a beautiful man, a great father, husband and was trying to create a wonderful Russia. He made mistakes but he did a lot of good too and wanted a better Russia for all, he never got to achieve that when the Jewish Bolsheviks murdered him and millions more. Such a shame.

This restaurant does not like Soviet Union restaurant at all. And the irony is she does not know Soviet Union because she is clearly less than 30 years old (Soviet Union collapsed 33 years ago).
