In our modern day society, we tend to expect things of happen quickly. Fat Loss, weight loss, healing, love, etc. And when results don't happen fast enough, we get discouraged and fall off course. Remember that a healthy lifestyle consistent of healthy habits. Focus on setting us these habits and the weight loss/fat loss will come.
As someone who struggles with mental health, I understand that it can be really hard to sit with our emotions and truly be present in our body. And it is a lot easier to numb/distract ourself with food, drink, or other things. Ultimately, you issues and emotions will still be there. Until we deal with the root cause, we will tend to turn back to our vices.
