In Adobe Premiere Pro, you can adjust the playback speed of your timeline by using the J, k and L buttons on your keyboard.

for example the letter J will reduce the timeline playback speed 200x and L will increase the playback speed by 200x

shift and L will increase the speed only slightly,and shift and J will reduce the speed only slightly.

letter K, will stop the playback motion and when you hit play once more it will resume at normal speed.

This keyboard shortcuts will adjust the playback speed of your entire timeline. Other tutorials
