Mr. Krabs and Sandy may not be who you think they are when watching SpongeBob SquarePants. Today we're looking into the surveillance theory and figure out if Krabs and Sandy are really spying on Bikini Bottom residents. That SpongeBob episode with the green son is actually wild because it confirmes that the Bikini Bottom residents aren’t just stylized fish (like what was clearly originally intended) but weird humanoid mutants. I don’t know how I feel about that

The bikini atoll theory was actually debunked by Alex Bale because in episodes like “Ugh” and “SB-129”, we get a clear view of prehistoric bikini bottom and that these man-like sea creatures have always existed long before the 1940’s.

And let's not forget Mr Krabs canonically was a marine in the war whatever war that was in the Navy. This means not only is he profiting from the fallout but he has mingled with government and military stuff before

I remember hearing a theory a couple years ago (maybe here on YT) that Sandy is simply a researcher in this anthro universe. Mr. Krabs being so successful in capitalist bikini bottom is a key figure in gaining evidence and samples of undersea behavior, and he collaborates with Sandy in a classified manner for a price. So it’s cool to see this expanded upon in this video.

This is an interesting theory, but we know the bikini bottom citizens are not mutated from radiation, as we've seen their ancestors multiple times. Think back to the squidward time traveling episode, where squidward meets the ancestors of Spongebob and Patrick

It’s more likely that either Sandy isn’t in on it or only began in the episode the fish bowl. Considering the way she went about it in the fishbowl. There’s no way she was in on it before that.

Cool theory but in the episode Mr. Krabs does admit he was doing it so he could make targeted advertisements and find ways to sell more krabby patties by knowing who wants one and when

The fish bowl kind of makes it hard to say she's the one planting the cameras, as you can see, she sucks at doing it but Mr. Krabs is sneaky not only that but he can out smart Plankton with schemes of his own like making robots to follow his robot and camouflage so he can catch Plankton in the act, so yeah who ever is putting up the cameras are the ones with BIG MEATY CLAWS

My theory is that entire show is just Mr. Krabs recordings of Spongebob and friends, which would explain why many of angles We see on tvs are angles they usually use in show!!!
