My PT did this same thing with me 2 weeks post op. The pain while they bent your knee in was like someone breaking your knee cap open. But hey at least i got my full range of motion back almost immediately after 😭

Neymar is worth hundred of millions to the team, he’s literally their golden ticket. I actually thought this was wrong at first but, it seems like they gauge his recovery and the methods they are using. He’s probably was improving significantly with the method. The man got access to recovery technology and techniques the average person can’t afford.

Im 5 months post op an acl rupture. I would be crying and screaming as well if someone was doing this to me. Thankfully I have a physio who didn't do this. This is a very painful injury by itself (before and after surgery) you dont need more pain inflicted on to you.

I'm a PTA, and my last ACL patient was stuck at approximately 95 degrees of flexion with a firm end feel. We reached out to her surgeon to inquire about manipulation under general anesthesia, and he agreed. He stated that she had multiple adhesions that were audible in the operating room but ended up with 125 degrees of flexion following the procedure. She was seen in outpatient rehab that afternoon with only mild discomfort and obtaining 126 degrees of flexion. She continues to maintain her AROM and is progressing well. Ive just had this done and i can confirm its as painful as this video shows. I do find myself have more rom though but definitely the worst pain i felt 26 years of my life.

I am in the 6th week of my anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (Plus Medial Meniscus repair) surgery. Although I haven't fully regained my muscle strength yet but, I think I can bend my knee up to 125 degrees. I do not have a very flexible body, there is a difference of half a "foot" length between my right knee and my operated left knee.
I have a very slight loss in extension. I'll probably get over it soon. My physiotherapist is hurting me a little but, we never do something this extreme.

I think it's kind a trade off. If it works, the rehab will be very quicker, but in other hands, if it fails so the result will be catastrophic.

Even I had to go through with the same procedure. I had my ACL reconstructed in July and after 6 wks, I was unable to get the bending more than 90 degree. This is really painful and horrible. I felt the worst physical pain of life in similar manner.
