I had this exact injury but in basketball, I jumped in the air, landed on someone’s foot and my ankle bent on a 100 degree angle. But it’s just a sprain, and despite it being painful asf, it takes ages to stop hurting. So just be more careful when playing sports👍

It happened to me. I was BREAKING MY RUN SPEED LIMIT but when I turned, my ankle got like that but I didn't feel like too much pain or more injury. I just recovered In 2 days without any medicine.
