10.5 post op here an I'm speaking from experience... Those clips are not exaggerated and everyone downplays the severity of pain you will experience in your knee and leg... You will struggle to sleep you will not be able to move leg even 1 cm without excruciating pain.
I had to take pain meds to get through PT and am a dedicated professional MMA fighter so I have a solid pain tolerance. I broke my hand and it only hurt a little bit. I had surgery on the hand and withing 3 months I felt good again the surgery and recovery was a breeze and gave me a false sense of reality when it came to ACL reconstruction. Think twice before having this surgery.

I had an ACL reconstruction surgery a week ago, and i honestly don't understand the pain that Neymar is going through. I have started PT and i can sleep comfortably and bend my knee to a 90 degree with very minimal pain. I can walk, too, without pain.

Hi, I just have a quick question If you dont mind. I hurt my knee in a football match last week. When it happened I didn’t hear or feel a popping sound but I felt a mild pain on my knee for like half a second and rest of my day went perfectly fine. But the day after that, I was passing with some friends and I felt the same paint again and I stopped playing after it happened. After it happened again it didnt swell or anything but i had a mild pain on my knee. I still have that pain but I havent played football since. I can walk, go up the stairs but sometimes it becomes hard to walk. I can bend it and straighten it perfectly fine but I have this feeling in my knee that it has free space inside of it. Could that be a partial tear or something else. I didnt have the chance to see a doctor but in the weekend i will. Thank you for your time.

i’m sorry but this is just bad therapy. the therapists go way over the pain limit which cannot be good on the longrun.

EMS is not that expensive actually
And gel pads can be easily replaced with a new set within reasonable budget.
I reckon Neymar’s physio are just doing it to show that he is a professional as the club management will be questioning if he is giving his utmost effort
