Explore the legacy of Carl Jung, one of history's most renowned psychotherapists, in "Carl Jung: Psychology of the Soul." This video presents Jung's most important contributions as a visionary of psychology and spirituality, offering a profound and holistic understanding of human nature.

Jung's exploration into the depths of the human psyche reveals a world where dreams serve as gateways, archetypes guide our paths, and the collective unconscious binds us in shared narratives. Concepts such as the Shadow, the unexplored aspects of our psyche, encouraging us to integrate these elements into our consciousness. Through discussions on archetypes, dream analysis, and the interplay of the Anima and Animus (the inner masculine and feminine), this video highlights the dynamic forces that influence our psychological development.

This video is crafted for those on the path of introspection, for the spiritually curious, and for lifelong learners drawn to the deeper questions of being. Not only a exploration into Jung's theories, this is an invitation to reflect on our own journey towards wholeness, to confront our shadows, and to embrace the synchronicities that guide us towards our destiny.

Join us as we explore Carl Jung's insights into the soul's journey, shadow work, and the symbols that remain in our unconscious guided by the insights of a psychotherapy pioneer.

In my past, i had suffering and chaos inside me. Wanted to end it, my emotions screaming for release, my mind calling for death and my spirit keeping it all together. I wanted a way out but felt lost, then i found information about shadow work. I didn't know what it was, but i found that it could bring me peace by integrating my shadow. I didn't know what that meant, so before i went to sleep i asked myself, "i wanted to be whole". 3 nights of intense dreams of everything in my past, the traits i hide from myself and all the shame, sadness and regrets hit me hard. Sometimes i woke up sweating and lost, heart beating fast and scared. The 4th day i had a new personality and the peace i was looking for. The chaos in my inner world has calm itself.

My approach to individuation is to regard each of my emotions as like children... and my conscious ego as like the parent. I, the parent, must lovingly offer them an audience, a space for them to express themselves, on the one condition that they only do so directly to me (the conscious ego) rather than sneaking underneath, via the subconscious route, into my behavior. I do this lovingly, as I recognize that they love me. They want to protect me. But, like children, they don't always have the most rational or sophisticated sense of what my actual best interests are. Nevertheless, learning to love them is important.

In other words, to me, individuation is a) recognizing that my mind is made of many parts, b) they all compete for influence on my behavior, and c) making sure to recognize their love for me, and my love for them, and d) initiating internal dialogue with them. I realize not everybody actually *has* internal monologues, or they can't necessary "talk" inside their head, but I hope this is at least enough of a blueprint for those people to develop their own version of this. The way I think of it is a combination of individuation with radical self acceptance.

This is the process that led me towards my own shadow confrontation, and only after doing so did I realize my shadow had been trying to get my attention for a couple of years, but it wasn't until a traumatic experience that I'd kinda asked it to suppress the memory of, that I think it became inevitable that we'd eventually meet... because once I'd figured out something was suppressed, I began the whole process I just described, and I think my shadow "heard" me, and led me towards it. Finally I was able to retrieve the suppressed thing (I didn't know what it was at the time, just that it was suppressed, and the behavior associated with it that had led to the trauma)

After I thanked it for holding onto it for me, but told it I was there to free it of having to carry it anymore, I brought it back with me to the conscious awareness. After a nap, memories resurfaced, recontextualized, and then the following day, the final memory, of the trauma, resurfaced... but this time, without the pain that had been associated with it.

And thus, we left it firmly in the past, where it belongs.

I registered for the course, dropped, registered again, cant start doing at least smth. Why cant I? Im a 55 yeat old man, not a drunk or anything. I know it is a must and I openly ignore it. Can smb tell me whats going on here? Btw, no friends here.

The truth never made a difference in my life. Only knowing now that no matter how I’ve tried to do better it doesn’t turn out. So I lost in this life

World is a lot of nonsense. The phrase “The truth will set you free” is a paraphrase of Jesus Christ -> John 8:32. In this verse, Jesus Christ is addressing a group of Jews who believed he was the messiah and says, “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

So what is the truth from sentence above? Is it a truth about peoples unconsciousness? No it isn;t. So...?

Calling it a “soul” only lends credence to religious nonsense.
