Angry Homeowner Ropes Off Beach Outside Her Home

An angry homeowner was filmed screaming and swearing as she demanded beachgoers to get off what she says is her property. Waterfront property owners typically have the exclusive right to the sand directly in front of their home up until where the high tide rolls in. In the video, a rope is already blocking off part of the beach in front of some of the homes. nside Edition's Victoria Recano has more.
