Hey!! It's great to see what you're doing. I've also just finished week two of the couch to 5K having not run for a couple of years. It's tough but it's great to see someone else going through the same thing (I also can't talk after the runs!). I'm in the UK so it's currently getting cold but I still sweat, lol! A good app that I use is the couch to 5k NHS app. I think it's available for other countries and it has a picture of a running boot and text as the cover.

I recently started a running program, but got runners knee in the third week so have been resting 😶 and trying to not be hard on myself
