Dolby Atmos 7.2.4 Review - Klipsch Reference Premiere Speakers. The Klipsch Reference Premiere speaker system has performed exceedingly well for both movies and music. The new horn and vented tweeter have really smoothed out the top end without sacrificing clarity and detail that Klipsch speakers are known for.

How would you say the Klipsch RP8060 compare to the SVS Ultra Towers (mostly for music)? Which would you purchase for yourself?

Never thought about the center channel being so important... Thank you

I’m glad Youthman that you loved the speakers. All 13 speakers that I own are Klipsch. I have a 7.4.4 Dolby Atmos surround sound setup. I’m never turning back!!!
Great video as always!!!
Thanks Youthman!!!

You could NOT have done a Better job in this video Youthman. That really was great and I enjoyed it very much.

That's the goal right there, be so immersed in the movie you don't feel like you are listening to speakers or looking at a screen. Very awesome setup and well done video sir.

Great Video. I knew you would like the RP-504C. I replied my thoughts on it in one of your earlier videos a while back. I replaced a RC-7 for the RP-504C and was blown away by the clarity. I love my RC-7 which is in storage as I have not sold it yet. But I love my RP-504C setup in my theater room. I am now in the process of replacing my Klipsch R-112SW and RW-12D with a pair of SVS PB3000 subwoofers. Those should give me what I am missing on the low end.

As for music listening you should listen to the RP-8060 in 2-channel only with and without a subwoofer.

I would like you opinion on how they sound in 2-channel.

Thanks

So is my system ok? Here is what i got so far. 1 RP-450C, 2 RP-280F's, 4 RP-250S, for subs i have 2 of the Klipsch 10 inch SW450s subs, "Will Upgrade to 12s in the future" Receiver, Yamaha AVENTAGE RX-A1070, 4k Player, Oppo UDP-205, TV= 65 inch LG OLED E6. I dont have a dedicated room for home Theater yet, so all this is in my LivingRoom which measures 32 feet long x 16 feet wide x 9 feet tall. I would eventually like to buy the RP500SA for Atmos and upgrade my receiver and OLED tv to a 77 inch.

I have the same speaker setup, except that I'm using the previous version of the RP line. You're right about the center channel being great, but the best thing I've done to improve sound was to disable the center channel on my receiver and let the big towers on the sides to take the load. The result is nothing short of amazing, the transitions between center and sides are butter smooth. Finally, if your front speakers are properly positioned, the holographic image will form in the center and a little bit behind the screen instead of below (or above depending on where your center speaker is), adding to the immersion in a significant way.

How would you say these compare to the Rf7iis setup with rc64?

Klipsch forever ! The most important thing is that you seem to be happy with the new Rp klipsch series, what a setup it’s just awesome, I have a 5.2.2 or 7.2 klipsch and i will never change, i love klipsch so much 😉 great job 👍

Question. If I get the RP 8000F for the fronts and the RP600M for rears can I get away with the RP404C for the center or would you go with the RP504C?

Another great video Youthman! I just purchased 2 RP-8000’s and the RP-504C for my front stage. I also purchased 2 RP-500’s for my rear surround. All going with a Yamaha 3080. I can’t wait to get all of it and install. Unfortunately, purchasing all that pretty much tapped me out for now and I was unable to purchase the sub(s) for my set up. Do you think (or anyone else at that matter) the RP-8000’s set to large will be enough bass to get me through until I can afford my sub? Thanks for the info all and keep up the great work.

I've got everything here except the bookshelves and the subs. I use the 502s for my sides and 3 DIY um18-22 subs. Every time I watch a movie at the theaters I cringe at how lackluster it sounds in comparison to my own.

Edit: don't know where the rest of my comment went but...
Love this video and your others as well. I love the approach you take but still always feel like you're holding back. I think your audience wants to see/ hear comparisons, even if brief. You've had your hands on so many speakers that it's only right. My .02, keep up the good work though and keep the content coming.

Hi Youthman, is 5.2.2 dolby atmos setup works good on a small room?

When you listen to music do you prefer having the vocals come out of the center? Giving a sound stage feeling of having it being performed in front of you? Or do you prefer vocals coming out of them all having it be more immersive and surrounding?

The new Aquaman has some good sound also.

Hi Youthman. I need your help. I want to purchase the Klipsch r115 sw but I see on the back of the sub it only has 1 input for LFE? I want to link this to another sub but there is no output to do so. Also my amp only has 1 LFE output? How can I daisychain these subs with only line imputs on the Klipsh? Can I use a RCA, Y splitter from my amp??
