George, to everyone listening I am a 24-year-old female sitting in my car battling with addiction to alcohol and homelessness trying to get into a treatment center by tonight. I just want you to know that you have helped comfort me today in this moment and helped me realize my relationship with God is the priority moving forward with my recovery. I just want to thank you for being that, little bit of help and peace in a rather tumultuous time for me.

Update: I’ve been in a recovery program and met the most amazing people. I am seeing God work in my life thank you to all that have commented support. It is brought happy tears to my eyes, I’m sober and feeling hope again. I will always be grateful for the ones who prayed and cared for me in this comment section. Bless you all.

I’m gonna confess it here. I strayed away from God about 10 years ago when I was young teen and he recently pulled me out of the world and brought me back to him and his word. I fell into the temptations of the world and became addicted to just about everything Jesus tells us to avoid. I got to the point where I felt empty and alone even though I was experiencing all of the pleasures the world had to offer. And ever since I made the decision to devote my life back to Jesus a couple weeks ago, God has removed those temptations from my mind completely. George your podcast has helped me a lot to come back to the Lord and now I hope to do the same for others. To any of y’all still reading this, if you’re apart from God, NOW is the time to leave the things of this world and come back to him. Praise be the name of Jesus Christ.

I had resented god for nearly all of my life. Growing up I had very abusive parents, my dad an alcoholic and my mom on and off heroin. I’ve been through countless struggles that brought me to my breaking point and made me want to end it all. About 7 months ago, I started to feel a deeper sense of judgment within me. I began questioning the habits I was indulging in, and the dark emotions that resided in me. I began to feel a yearning for god, but I didn’t think I was at all worthy of building a relationship with him due to the ways I was living, and my past resentment towards him. Then I watched you and Cliffe. Your vulnerability about seeking god, and about your imperfections opened my eyes and made me see it was possible. I let out a world of emotions through tears that I never had before, and after I finished the podcast I bought a bible and have been reading it ever since. I can’t describe how truly lifesaving this has been, thank you.

Whether George sees this or not I’ll just say it is truly incredible to see God moving in his life. Just being honest my faith has been growing very much recently and all glory to God but before when George was on older podcasts it was easy for me to judge because he seemed to be living a worldly life and calling himself Christian. And I apologize and repent to God and George for thinking in this way. But I will say it is amazing to see George’s faith taking off. We are all in the process of learning and growing together and seeing George give up things such as cursing is showing his true fear of the Lord and wanting to do better on this earth. Thank you God and thank you George for you devotion towards God. I again apologize for the judgement I had in my heart, I truly truly pray for you and your wife in all future Godfilled endeavors:)

The reason why people love these episodes so much is because these are all the things we feel TOGETHER in the flesh and hearing them out loud reminds us to humble ourselves before the Lord and that we are NOT alone. You are not a fraud. It's the admission of guilt that makes you and Bellle so easy to listen to. I appreciate you both, and how you're allowing us to see your spiritual growth and transformation. I never understood how some Christians could be so different, so blessed, and have such a, divine almost, relationship with God, until I felt the change myself, because I was only seeing the surface. You two allow us to see it in real time. That's a huge blessing far greater than the pastor some of us never really get to know. Thank you for allowing God to show us his miracles thru you. I just quit weed to crucify my flesh and submit to giving Christ a clean temple. Im 32 and been smoking for 18 years. Ive been shaky and drenching my bed at night with sweat but my eyes are open to how many blessings Christ provides daily, now i see smoking as a subtle way to blind and distract you from your blessings. If youre able brother george i really encourage you to not blaze up anymore.
