I feel like acquiring customer service skills is like a muscle you have to train to be good at. It's interesting how you say you're shy but you take on the jobs that require the most interaction with customers. I personally only lasted like 3 months working at a restaurant then switched on over to studying engineering where you practically get paid to never talk with people. Best decision ever

OMG you worked at Winter Springs? I actually lived north of Sanford and I would always go to the Orlando area (more of Oviedo and the UCF parts) often :) The Orlando area has changed like crazy the past few years :D
