This is a meditation for people who are allergic to BS but still want to give meditation a try. Welcome.

This guided meditation is for entertainment purposes only. I'm not a doctor, not a therapist. This guided meditation is not a substitute for medical advice or therapy.

I write and present all my own content, and videos are filmed by me.

We can take 30 seconds to relax. We really can.

I invite you to sink into your body, feel your hips, feel your feet, feel the chair or whatever is underneath you. Feel the reality of your physicality.

See if you can blink ten times for me now. We’ve only got a few seconds left. See if you can blink your eyes ten more times for me, and hopefully feel your face relax a little.
