So not only do you give awesome career advice, but you are exposing negative business mindsets. Real superheroes don't wear capes.

I have a panel interview for my dream job tomorrow 💃 I've been watching your videos nonstop, and have everything printed out, including a ton of behavioral questions. Wish me good luck 🤞

This was actually a great video. It says a lot about the person if their ultimate goal is just to sell the business or make money out of it. Agreed!

Thanks for addressing this question. Startups can be fun and exciting places to work. That said, can you (or have you) drilled down even further about the interview process? I feel the real challenge is figuring out from the answer whether they are "building a solid foundation" or just telling the interviewee what they probably *should* be telling them.

Fantastic thank you! I'm going to ask this to the CEO of a company who has a small company, 4 years in.

Great Andy! Tomorrow I have an interview with a CEO but it's not a start up company, I'll ask that question and add "and how will my role contribute in your plans" . I'm thinking what other questions to ask, I have "what do you like the most about your best employees " but I still didnt think about a 3rd question.

Great advice. Thank you Andrew. I am interviewing with a startup that is still in stealth mode. I plan on using your tip in the interview.

I have been learning a great amount with the content you're sharing, many many thanks to you, I wanted to know what are some questions I should ask to prepare for an upcoming in-person interview?

So what's the right answer to this question? Is it depending on what round of funding they are in? What if they essentially have no funding just the 1 founding investor and they are" just looking to add more investors"? Actually now I'm not sure if I understand the difference between investors and rounds of funding?

I read where a recruiting company said “ask for the position.” How does someone do that? Please provide some examples. Thanks.

My interview for my dream job is in 4 hours! I've been practicing but keep tripping over my words. I'm hoping this gets better in the interview.
