Thank you very much for your videos, they have helped tremendously. One question I’ve grown to like asking interviewers is “What are some of the biggest challenges a new hire faces in this role, and what do you feel are the best ways people have overcome these challenges in the past”. I read it in an article somewhere and it’s almost always led to really interesting conversations with interviewers.

I also messed up in my last amazon interview by not asking questions at the end..now I have a few. I really want the job and I am finding some of your videos helpful in filling in my gaps

A bit late compared to the other comments, but I've watched a few other videos. Today I have my 3-4rounds of interviews, I have 3hrs to finish up prepping for it all. I'm hoping I do well. This has helped me so much in thinking of what to say/ask my interviewers! Great video!
