I left the phone charging and in about 10 minutes the phone worked...

My screen has been completely black for the whole day today after dropping my phone in water, it flickered sometimes so i saw a video and used tenorshare and i put it in recovery mode then it said i needed to pay to turn it off of recovery mode so i cant turn it on now, it used to make noise like when i put it on silent mode it gave me a vibration, now it doesn't i dont know how to put it out of recovery mode PLEASE help

My buttons aren’t working I was told to restart the phone but going through the settings and “shutting down” my phone and turning it back on with the charger saw this screen and my buttons still aren’t working so now I’m panicking at 5 AM I don’t have a computer and I can’t get to one until 3 pm
I’m using my WiFi phone (a phone with no cellular service and only works when connected to WiFi)
While my main phone is staring at me cry and panic😅 OH AND I need to call my college in the next 3 hours to talk about my future classes and if I don’t make that call I won’t be In college this year

guess it had worked for some people. I used iPhone 8 and despite that I followed your direction it stills says I need to restore. I'm currently traveling Laos, this is NOT the place where I can get the proper cable to connect my phone and PC(Mac air M1), I'm desperately need my phone for the information to get around this foreign town, I'm outraged about Apple(why do they have to get rid of the common USB jack on their laptop?) I saw a little ghostly icon before this happens.
