1 package chicken thighs/breast
4 cloves garlic
1 1/2 TBSP sesame oil
2 TBSP gochujang
1 1/2 TBSP soy sauce
1/2 TBSP rice wine vinegar
1/4 tsp maple syrup (optional)


Begin by making your glaze. First mince your garlic and then add that to a bowl. Add in the sesame oil, gochujang, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and maple syrup then mix and put aside. Cut your chicken into bit size cubes. Cook your chicken until it is almost done. Then in the final 3 minutes, add your glaze on top. Stir and cook for the last 3-5 minutes on medium heat. Once chicken is fully cooked and sauce has thickened, take off heat. Serve over rice and veggies and top with sesame seeds and green onion and enjoy!
