Organic Shredded Coconut

Pure Vanilla extract

Fine Sea Salt

3 cups of shredded unsweetened coconut
4 large egg whites
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt (Optional -helps balance flavor)

Bake at 325 F for 20-25 minutes or until the macaroons are crispy golden brown. Once baked, cool the macaroons in the pan until completely cooled.

You can dip your macaroons in chocolate if you like. I highly recommend it. I hope you enjoy these healthier macaroons that don't compromise taste.
