How to Make Coconut Macaroons (No Condensed Milk) I Healthy Snack I Tasty, Simple, & Easy Recipe

Whip 3 egg whites on high speed. Add vanilla flavour/extract into the egg whites as you are whipping them. Keep whipping the whites until stiff peaks form.

In a separate bowl, mix together 2 ½ cups of sweetened shredded coconut, 1/4th cup sugar, and a pinch salt. Mix them well and then add in the whipped egg whites and gently fold the two mixtures.

Don’t mix it too much as you don’t want the egg whites to deflate. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes. Then using 2 spoons, or a cookie scoop, form the coconut macaroons.

Place the macaroons on a tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 325F for 15 minutes.

Let them cool and enjoy!
