Coconut Macaroons

14 oz (397 grams) condensed milk
3 1/2 cups (250 grams) shredded coconut
1 cup chocolate chips, plus 1 handful

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2) Pour condensed milk into bowl
3) Add shredded coconut
4) Mix until completely combined
5) Use cookie scoop or 2 spoons to scoop cookies onto cookie sheet
6) Bake in oven for 12 minutes or until slightly brown
7) Melt chocolate chips in microwave
8) Once chocolate is melted, add 1 more handful of chocolate chips and stir until smooth (this helps to tempers the chocolate just enough so that it hardens more quickly)
9) Dip cookies in chocolate
10) Enjoy!!
