If you're on a call and there's multiple stakeholders or multiple decision makers on that call, don't fret. Understand what is important for each of those decision makers. Understand about your product or service that's going to help them make that buying decision. So the CEO is going to have different needs and wants than, say, a chief marketing officer or chief operations officer and make sure that you're speaking to that individual's pain points and not just general.
