How to TRIM or Cut Videos Inside Instagram

You can make simple in and out edits and trim your videos inside of Instagram without having to use a third-party app.

So if you recorded a video on your phone and you want to upload it to your feed, make sure you select the trim option and change your in and out points to make sure the video starts and ends correctly.
